| Abstract: | Gold Hamster is a kind of useful experimental animal,but thereseach about its superovulation is lack.So we studied the maturedgolden harnster's superovulation with pregnant mares serumgonadotrophin (PMSG) and human chorionic gonadotrophin(hCG) which was made in china.The main results as bollows:1)It can obtain more eggs when hamster was superovulated with 40 IU PMSG+40 IU HCG than it donewith 30 IU PMSG+30 IUHCG;2)The superovulation program(program )which issuit for Chinese haster didn't suit for Glden hamster;3)Thesuperooulation outcome of superovlated gold hamsterwas not changedafter there or four estrus;4)There was no significant difference between the superooblation owtcome of old golden hamster (68 monthes)and young golden hamster.
