大型青饲料收获机的应用及模型设计

摘    要:牡丹江国营农场管理局种植青贮玉米作饲料已有30余年历史。从两个农场的12个生产队统计,平均每个生产队青贮玉米播种面积在1000亩以上。青饲料的收获从1960年开始,就以青饲料联合收获机进行。机型有E—281,9SQ—10和CK—2.6等几种。对三种机型的生产率和作业成本作了统计并以这些数据为基础进行数学模型处理,并计算结果,作业费用以国产9SQ—10机型最低。

Abstract:Planting maize as the green fodder in the of Mu Danjiang state farm has been more than 30 years. The average planting area in each production unit is more than 1000 Mu according to the statistics from 12 production units of 2 state farms. The green fodder has been harvested by the green fodder harvester since 1960. The types of the harvester are E-281, 9SQ -10 and CK -2.6. We have made the statistical analysis of the working capacity and the production cost for these three types of green fodder harvester. We have also made a mathematical model for allocating the harvester in the state farm based on the results of the statistical analysis. The calculating results is that the 9SQ-10 harvesler has the lowest operation cost. the conclusion of this paper can be used by the production unit lor reference.
