摘    要:以汕优63和淮稻9号为试验材料,通过设置不同的氮肥管理模式,研究其对稻米品质的影响。结果表明:实地氮肥管理提高了稻米的加工品质,降低了垩白米率和垩白度,改善了外观品质;实地氮肥管理显著降低了稻米直链淀粉含量和蛋白质含量。

Abstract:Taked Shanyou 63 and Huai dao 9 as materials, effects of site-specific nitrogen management (SSNM) on grain quality in rice were studied. The results showed that SSNM increased milling quality, whereas decreased chalky grain percentage and chalkiness, leading to an improvement in appearance quality. SSNM also decreased amylose content and protein content.
