摘    要:采用层次深入的方法,对4种有明显引诱作用的物质进行试验.结果表明,第一级试验小白鼠的取食量增加4.95,第二级增加15.43,第三级增加5.36,经分析检验,各配方、浓度间差异显著.4种物质按浓度配置,室内对小白鼠引诱效果不断增强.筛选的最终配方F42,能够增加鼠类对毒饵的取食量.

Abstract:A comparative experimant was carried by degrees on four kinds of substances having obviously attractable effect. The results showed that the eating capacting of white mouse increased 4.95% at the first level, 15.43% at the second level, 5. 36% at the third level. There were remarkable differences among dispositions and concentrations. The best disposition the was F42, which could increase the eating capacity of the mouse.
