黑松嫩枝扦插繁育技术研究

摘    要:为研究影响黑松嫩枝扦插生根率的因子,以黑松当年生嫩枝为材料,采用正交实验方法,研究植物生长调节剂的种类、浓度、处理时间及扦插基质对黑松嫩枝扦插的影响。结果表明,植物生长调节剂的浓度对黑松嫩枝扦插苗的生根率具有极显著影响,对扦插苗的不定根数量及最长不定根长影响不大,生长调节剂的种类、处理时间及扦插基质对黑松扦插苗的生根率、不定根数量及最长不定根长均无显著影响。在9个处理中,6号处理(1000 mg/L ABT 1号生根粉处理40 min,扦插基质沙子:椰糠:珍珠岩:蛭石=20:16:3:1)的生根率最高,达76.0%,不定根数量及最长不定根长也优于其他处理。

Abstract:To explore the internal and external factors affecting the rooting rate of cuttings of Pinus thunbergii, an orthogonal experiment design of four factors and three levels L9(34)] was applied to study the effects of kinds, concentration, treatment time of growth regulators and cutting medium on the softwood cuttings of P. thunbergii, and the current year’s softwood of P. thunbergii was used as the material. The results showed that the concentration of growth regulators had a significant effect on the rooting rate of P. thunbergii, but little effect on the number of adventitious roots and the longest adventitious root length. The kinds of growth regulators, treatment time and cutting medium had no significant effect on the rooting rate, the number of adventitious roots and the longest adventitious root length. Among the 9 treatments, treatment No.6 had the highest rooting rate (76.0%), whose number of adventitious roots and the longest adventitious root length were also better than other treatments.
