摘    要:南苍术[Atractylodes lancea(Thunb.)DC.],又称茅苍术,其根茎有燥湿健脾、祛风散寒、明目避秽的功效,具有很高的药用价值[1,2].南苍术主要分布于我国江苏、浙江、江西、河南、湖北、四川等地,主产于江苏茅山[3,4].重庆石柱、丰都、涪陵等地的南苍术种植业,已成为当地脱贫的支柱产业.

Abstract:Root rot is an important disease of Atractylodes lancea. The aim of this research was to identify the pathogenic fungi of A. lancea root rot in Chongqing municipality. Based on morphological characteristics, multi-locus analysis and verification of Koch’s postulates, two strains isolated from A. lancea root rot were identified as Fusarium oxysporum and F. solani. This is the first report of these strains infecting A. lancea in Chongqing. The findings of this study will be helpful to lay a scientific foundation for the control of fungal diseases.
