婴幼儿配方奶粉中丁酸、己酸、辛酸、癸酸的测定方法验证

摘    要:婴幼儿配方奶粉中的脂肪酸包含饱和脂肪酸及不饱和脂肪酸。其中丁酸、己酸、辛酸、癸酸作为饱和脂肪酸的典型代表,在婴幼儿成长过程中起到了一定的积极促进作用。本文主要对婴幼儿配方奶粉中丁酸、己酸、辛酸及癸酸含量进行检测,并同时进行检测方法的验证试验,包括方法检出限、方法定量限、方法精密度以及方法正确度等。试验数据均为良好,结果符合要求。

Abstract:Fatty acids in infant formula include saturated fatty acids and unsaturated fatty acids. Butyric acid,caproic acid,octanoic acid and capric acid,as typical representatives of saturated fatty acids,also play a positive role in the growth of infants and young children. This experiment mainly detected the contents of butyric acid,caproic acid,octanoic acid and capric acid in infant formula milk powder,and carried out the method verification experiment of the detection method,including the detection limit,quantitative limit,precision and correctness of the method. The experimental data were good and the results met the requirements.
