配方羊奶粉对小鼠免疫功能影响的研究

摘    要:选用雄性BALB/c小鼠,通过腹腔注射环磷酰胺,构建免疫功能低下小鼠模型,评价益生菌+益生元配方羊奶粉和高钙富硒配方羊奶粉对小鼠免疫功能的影响。结果显示,益生菌+益生元配方羊奶粉和高钙富硒配方羊奶粉均可明显增强免疫低下小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖能力(P<0.05)、自然杀伤细胞(NK)活性(P<0.01)以及碳廓清试验吞噬指数(P<0.01)。表明益生菌+益生元配方羊奶粉和高钙富硒配方羊奶粉对环磷酰胺致免疫力低下模型小鼠具有增强免疫力作用。

Abstract:Immunocompromised BALB/c mice model were established by intraperitoneal injection of cyclophosphamide in this study to evaluate the effects of goat milk-based formulated powder with probiotics and prebiotics,and goat milk-based formulated powder with high calcium-selenium of immune function in vivo. Results showed that two goat milk formula could significantly enhance the proliferation ability of spleen lymphocytes(P<0.05),the activity of NK cells (P<0.01)and the phagocytosis index of carbon removal test(P<0.01)in immunocompromised mice,indicating that goat milk-based formulated powder with probiotics and prebiotics,and goat milk-based formulated powder with high calcium-selenium could enhance the immunity of mice with immunodeficiency induced by cyclophosphamide.
