摘    要:为了测定不同浓度的硝酸钙与硫酸镁组合对甜菜种子引发的效果,为甜菜种子包衣剂物料筛选提供依据,本研究以TD802甜菜种子为试验材料,设置12个引发剂组合,通过对甜菜种子浸泡回干发芽培养,测定种子的发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数以及活力指数。结果显示,处理1~3均高于对照,其中处理2的发芽势(88.33%)和发芽指数(35.42)最高,处理3发芽率(91.33%)和活力指数(206.09)最高;处理4~6均高于对照,其中处理6(发芽势93.00%,发芽率91.33%,发芽指数47.53,活力指数166.88)效果最好;处理7~9均高于对照,其中处理7的发芽势(88%)、发芽率(91.33%)和发芽指数(36.33)较高,处理9的活力指数(211.23)较高,处理10~12的各项指标普遍低于对照。不同浓度硝酸钙和硫酸镁组合引发甜菜种子的效果不同,处理1~9均对甜菜种子引发有促进作用,其中处理6引发效果最好,而处理10~12对甜菜种子引发有抑制作用。

Abstract:To determine the priming effect of different concentrations of calcium nitrate and magnesium sulfate combination on sugarbeet seeds, and provide a basis for the selection of sugarbeet seed coating agent materials, the seeds of TD802 sugarbeet were used as experimental materials, twelve initiator combinations were set up, and the germination potential, germination rate, germination index and vigor index were determined by soaking and drying the beet seeds. The results showed that the indexes of treatment 1-3 were higher than those of the control, the germination potential (88.33%) and germination index (35.42) of treatment 2 were the highest, and the germination rate (91.33%) and vigor index (206.09) of treatment 3 were the highest. The indexes of treatment 4-6 were higher than those of the control, among which, treatment 6 (germination potential 93.00%, germination rate 91.33%, germination index 47.53, and vigor index 166.88) had the best effect. The indexes of treatment 7-9 were higher than those of the control, among which, treatment 7 had higher germination potential (88%), germination rate (91.33%) and germination index (36.33), treatment 9 had higher vitality index (211.23). The indexes of treatment 10-12 were generally lower than those of control. In general, the effects of different concentrations of calcium nitrate and magnesium sulfate combination on sugarbeet seed priming are different, treatment 1-9 all promote sugarbeet seed priming, among which, treatment 6 has the best priming effect, while treatment 10-12 inhibit sugarbeet seed priming.
