重阳木锦斑蛾的发育起点温度和有效积温研究

摘    要:目的]探究重阳木锦斑蛾(Histia rhodope Cramer)的发育起点温度和有效积温,为有效防治该虫提供借鉴。方法]设计18、21、24、27、30℃5个温度处理,对重阳木锦斑蛾各虫态发育起点温度和有效积温进行了测定。结果]卵、幼虫、蛹在18~30℃范围内均能正常生长发育,发育速率与温度成直线关系。卵、幼虫、蛹的发育起点温度分别为15.61、8.07、5.39℃,有效积温分别为74.66、517.24、316.13日度。在上海地区1年可发生4代。结论]为准确预测预报及有效防治重阳木锦斑蛾的发生提供了理论依据。

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to study the threshold temperature and effective accumulate temperature of Histia rhodope so as to provide reference for the control of H.rhodope.Method]Five constant temperatures(18,21,24,27 and 30 ℃) were selected to test the threshold temperature and effective accumulate temperature of different insect states of H.rhodope.Result] The egg,larva and pupa of H.rhodope could normally develop between 18 ℃ and 30 ℃.The relationship between growth rate and temperature revealed linear.The threshold temperature of egg,larva and pupa were 15.61,8.07 and 5.39 ℃,and the effective accumulate temperature were 74.66,517.24 and 316.13 daydegrees,respectively.H.rhodope had four generations one year in Shanghai area.Conclusion]This research results provide theoretical basis for the effective control the occurrence of H.rhodope in Shanghai area.
