粒苗多用型福大麦1号的特征特性及配套栽培技术

为适应福建省生产发展的需要,采用秋水仙素溶液处理闽诱3号麦株,诱发变异、选育出粒、苗多用型二棱皮大麦新品种福大麦1号。文章对该品种的特征特性进行了详细描述,并对其籽粒、麦苗产量表现及其蛋白质、17种氨基酸、SOD酶活性等进行了检测和多品种比较。针对该品种的不同栽培用途,总结出进行籽粒、麦叶、青大麦生产应采取的相应栽培技术措施。

Characteristics and Cultivation Techniques of the Multipurpose Barley Variety Fudamai 1

To meet the development needs of agricultural production in Fujian, a two rowed hull barley variety Fudamai 1 multi - use in production was bred by colchicine solution treatment with Minyou 3. In this article, the characteristics of the variety were detailed, and the comparisons were made on its grain yield, young vegetable yield, protein content, amino acid content and SOD activity. For the various cultivation purposes, the corresponding cultivation measures were summarized for uses of grain, barley leaf and barley vegetable production.
