摘    要:为了解柿雄花表型、活性成分、抗氧化活性及其相关性,以8份不同柿种质雄花为材料,采用分光光度法和高效液相色谱法进行测定。结果表明:表型性状存在丰富的变异,平均变异系数为33.50%,变化幅度为0%~61.37%;黄酮、总酚、单宁和维生素C含量存在显著性差异,变异系数分别为51.65%、40.19%、18.87%和109.10%;清除自由基能力(DPPH·和ABTS~+·)、还原能力(Fe~(3+)和Cu~(2+))及络合能力(Fe~(2+))显著,与活性成分呈显著的相关关系,与表型相关性不显著;雄花表型间、雄花与维生素C含量正相关关系显著。主成分分析和聚类分析结果表明:20个性状可以缩减为3个主成分,累积方差贡献率达到78.90%,8份资源可聚为4类,在开发利用中可按照具体目标进行选择。
