摘    要:针对电网电压波动对农业用电所造成的影响,基于农业用点中电压波动和闪变的精确检测,对IEC推荐的闪变测量方法进行分析,提出一种联合抵消基波分量与分段线性拟合的方案对闪变仪进行改进,设计试验进行验证,结果表明经过修正后的闪变仪整体性能增强与理论值更接近,尤其在低频段的精度显著增加此方案的可行性与优越性。

Abstract:In view of accurate detection of electric power and pressure fluctuation and flicker caused by power grid voltage fluctuation,flicker measurement method recommended by IEC was analyzed.Scheme combined offset and piecewise linear fitting was proposed to improve flicker.Experimental results showed that corrected flicker was whole.Enhancement of body performance was closer to theoretical value,especially in low frequency section.Accuracy of scheme increases significantly,feasibility and superiority of scheme.
