| 摘 要： | 我国是农业大国，提高水资源利用率和可持续开发水平，对促进农民增收和农业发展有重要意义。雨水蓄积节水灌溉是一种重要的水资源利用方式，对雨水蓄积节水灌溉的意义、技术内涵和效果进行了归纳和分析，提出了发展雨水蓄积节水灌溉的措施和展望，可为相关研究和实践提供理论参考。

| Abstract: | China is a major agricultural country，improvement of utilization rate of water resources and sustainable development level is of great significance to increasing farmers′ income and agricultural development. Rainwater storage is an important way to utilize water resources.Significance，technique and effect of rainwater storage were summarized and analyzed，measures and prospects of developing rainwater storage and water-saving irrigation were put forward to provide theoretical reference for relevant research and practice. |
