摘    要:为实现快速、便捷地检测甘蔗汁中蔗糖含量,以近红外微型光谱仪为技术支撑,以液相法为基础,采用偏最小二乘法(PLS)建立甘蔗汁蔗糖含量校正模型。结果表明,建立的PLS模型校正相关系数(R)、校正均方根误差(RMSEC)和验证均方根误差(RMSEP)分别为0.961 7、0.237和0.263,预测相对误差<5%。

Abstract:In order to detect sucrose content in sugarcane juice quickly and conveniently,based on near-infrared spectrometer and liquid phase method,partial least squares(PLS)was used to establish calibration model of sucrose content in sugarcane juice.Results showed that calibration correlation coefficient(R),corrected root mean square error(RMSEC)and root mean square error(RMSEP)of the PLS model were 0.9617,0.237 and 0.263 respectively,and the predicted relative error was less than 5%.
