摘    要:受谷物收获作业的季节性和气候及地理条件的影响,谷物收获机研发过程中的田间试验存在诸多限制,导致研发周期长、关键设计参数难以及时准确获取等问题。利用试验平台进行台架试验得到收获机的相关设计参数,在谷物收获机研发过程中具有不可替代的作用。该文针对水稻、小麦、玉米及谷子等作物的收获机试验研究平台,从结构组成、结构创新、功能用途和台架试验研究方面对其发展现状进行了全面深入总结和分析,同时对谷物收获机及其试验研究平台未来的发展趋势进行了展望,对提高农业收获机械的研发水平具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:Due to seasonal nature of grain harvesting operations and conditions of climate and geography,field test of grain harvesting machinery research and development process has a lot of restrictions,resulting in long design cycle and key design parameters difficult to be obtained,etc.Therefore,it has an irreplaceable role in grain harvesting machinery research and development process to obtain relevant design parameters of harvesting machinery from bench test though test platform.Development of harvesting mechanics test platform of rice,wheat,maize,millet and other crops was analyzed,from structural composition,structural innovation,functional purposes,bench test research and other aspects.Meanwhile,future development trend of grain harvesting machinery and its experimental research platform was looked foruard,which played an important role to improve research and development level of agricultural harvesting machinery.
