| 摘 要： | 为探究草原生态补偿对牧民生计的影响,进而优化草原生态补偿机制、保护草原生态环境、改善牧民生计,本研究基于草原生态补偿对牧民可持续生计影响的研究成果与实践,利用可持续生计分析框架,对草原生态补偿影响牧民可持续生计的理论分析框架、影响过程和未来研究方向等进行分析。结果表明:草原生态补偿影响牧民的生计资本、转化结构与过程、生计策略及生计结果,特别是草原生态补偿的法律政策、制度架构等制度因素会对牧民的可持续生计产生广泛性和持久性的影响。基于上述分析,构建草原生态补偿对牧民可持续生计影响的分析指标体系,并指出理论界应更多聚焦于关于草原生态补偿后牧民生计转型模式、生计研究范围以及牧民生计风险防范等方面的研究。

| Abstract: | The aim of this review is to optimize grassland ecological compensation mechanism,protect grassland ecological environment and improve herdsmen living based on the research and practices of the effects of grassland ecological compensation on the sustainable livelihood of pastoralists.Using sustainable livelihoods analysis framework,this research focuses on the analysis framework of grassland ecological compensation for the sustainable livelihood of pastoralists,transformation structure and process,and the shortage of research.The analysis shows that the grassland ecological compensation affects the livelihood assets of herders,transformation structure and process,livelihood strategies and their livelihood results.In particular,institutional factors can influence the sustainable livelihood of pastoralists.Therefore,the analysis index system of grassland ecological compensation for the sustainable livelihood of pastoralists is constructed.It is pointed out that the future research direction of grassland ecological compensation to the sustainable livelihood of herders should be focused more on the transformation model,research content and risk prevention. |
