摘    要:研究饮用添加微酸性电解水对蛋鸡肠道内微生物的影响。选取体重、健康状况相近的104日龄京红父母代蛋鸡,随机分为3组,每组30只,对比饮用添加微酸性电解水、常规酸化剂、水质达标自来水对蛋鸡肠道内微生物的影响。结果表明:饮用余氯0.3mg/L微酸性电解水和1mg/L酸化剂与未处理组相比较蛋鸡正常粪便率提高10%;蛋鸡十二指肠、空肠和回肠内pH值降低,大肠杆菌数量减少以及乳酸菌数量增加;微酸性电解水除具有杀菌作用,还可改变肠道内微环境,微酸性电解水与酸化剂相比更能提高肠道乳酸菌数量,对蛋鸡的健康有积极影响,但添加微酸性电解水对蛋鸡生理生化指标的影响规律有待进一步研究。

Abstract:The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of slightly acidic electrolyzed water on the intestinal microflora of laying hens. The effects of drinking three different forms of water, e. g. unprocessed water, slightly acidic electrolyzed water and acidifier water for laying hens were investigated. A total of 104-day-old JING-Hong laying hens were randomly divided into three groups with thirty in each group. The results showed that:supplied with drinking 0.3 mg/L slightly acidic electrolyzed drinking water and 0.1 mg/L acidifier drinking water, the normal feces rate of hens was improved 10%, pH value and the number of Escherichia coli was decreased, and lactic acid bacteria was raised in hen''s duodenum, ileum and jejunum. In conclusion, slightly acidic electrolyzed water not only killed aquatic microorganisms, improved water sanitation index, but also improved the intestinal environment, inhibited the growth of E. coli and promoted the superior strains status of lactic acid bacteria by reducing the intestinal pH value.
