基于生物负趋光性的蝇蛆自动分离机设计

摘    要:设计了一种基于生物负趋光性的蝇蛆自动分离机,可实现自动上料、粪料层层刮除和蝇蛆自动掉落等功能。该分离机的分离率高、耗能低且结构简单,解决畜禽养殖固体废弃物蝇蛆生物转化产业化中的技术瓶颈,降低蛆粪分离成本。社会、经济和生态效益显著,同时促进畜禽和水产养殖业可持续发展,减轻农业农村面源污染,对倡导和发展现代生态循环农业具有重要现实意义。

Abstract:A kind of automatic separator of fly larvae based on negative phototaxis was designed,which could realize automatic feeding,layer scraping of feces and automatic drop of flies.The separator has high separation rate,low energy consumption and simple structure,so as to solve technical bottleneck in industrialization of biological transformation of fly maggot in livestock and poultry,and reduce cost of maggot dung separation. Social,economic and ecological benefits were significant,while promoting sustainable development of livestock and poultry and aquaculture,reducing pollution of agricultural and rural areas,was of great practical significance for promotion and development of modern ecological recycling agriculture.
