摘    要:为了满足中式细支卷烟需要和提高遵义复烤厂新线打叶复烤加工质量,对遵义复烤厂打叶复烤工艺参数和片烟质量数据进行了分析。选定了3个关键参数,采用了多指标权重分析和正交试验对遵义复烤新线工艺参数进行优化。研究结果表明:采用一润后端加水开启80 °、二打电机34 Hz和回潮区混合水30%的工艺参数能明显提高打叶复烤片烟质量。

Abstract:In order to meet needs of Chinese-style fine cigarette and improve processing quality of threshing and redrying new line in Zunyi factory, threshing and redrying process parameters and tobacco lamina quality data at Zunyi factory was analyzed.And 3 key parameters were selected,process parameters of threshing and redrying new line at Zunyi factory were optimized by means of multi-index weight analysis and orthogonal design method.Research results showed that it could obviously improve cured tobacco quality when process parameters with 80 °water-added initiation at the back end,second-dozen electric motor 34 Hz and 30% of moisture regain mixing water .
