摘    要:PWM调制是一种控制比例电磁阀的方法,通过采用比例电磁阀连接双PWM调制模块的方法,提高拖拉机在自动驾驶过程中的精度和稳定性。双PWM调制模块是采用双PWM调制对比例电磁阀进行控制。双PWM调制是指在1个PWM周期内,增加了第2个调制,减小了比例电磁的电流纹波,从而对比例电磁阀的冲击更小。可有效增加比例阀的使用寿命,增加比例电磁阀的控制精准度。

Abstract:PWM modulation is one of the ways to control proportional solenoid valve.By using proportional electromagnetic valve to connect double PWM modulating module,the accuracy and stability of tractor in automatic driving process can be improved.The dual PWM modulation module uses dual PWM modulation to control proportional solenoid valves.Double PWM modulation means that in the 1 PWM cycle T,second modulations are added to reduce current ripple of proportional electromagnetic current,thus impact of proportional solenoid valve is smaller,which could effectively increase service life of proportional valves and increase control accuracy of proportional solenoid valves.
