重庆烟区自动加煤机的应用

为探索不同加煤方式对烟叶烘烤成本、质量和效益的影响，进行了自动加煤燃炉、旧炉改装加煤机燃炉和常规人工加煤燃炉3种加煤方式的烘烤试验。结果表明，自动加煤机和旧炉改装加煤机具有省煤节电、减少人工司炉、减轻劳动强度的效果，其烘烤成本较常规人工司炉分别降低25.71%、20.50%，烤后烟叶中上等烟比例较常规燃炉人工司炉分别提高6.08%、5.70%，且干烟收购均价提高1.23～1.31元kg，烟叶质量和收益双增，其投入产出比分别达1∶30.63、1∶14.52。 

Application of Automatic Stoker in Chongqing Tobacco Area

In order to explore impact of different ways of adding coal on the baking cost，quality and effectiveness，automatic coal-fired furnace，old furnace modified coal-fired stove and conventional artificial coal-fired burners of baking were tested.Results showed that automatic stoker and face-lifting automatic stoker by old furnace has coal and electricity saving，reduce manual fire and reduce labor intensity of effect，compared with traditional artificial coal combustion，the baking cost respectively decreased by 25.71%，20.50%，the quality of tobacco increased by 6.08% and 5.70%，in addition，the average price of dry smoke increased of 1.23 to 1.31 yuan kg，its input-output ratio reached 1∶30.63，1∶14.52.
