| 摘 要： | 中国农业综合直补政策的实施对粮食增产和农民增收起了重要作用。灰色关联分析表明政策的增收作用大于增产作用。但政策在补贴范围对象、补贴标准、补贴计算依据、补贴执行成本、补贴监管等方面仍然存在问题，有待解决和改进。

| Abstract: | Implementation of agricultural comprehensive direct subsidy policies of China played an important role on food production and peasant income. Grey relational analysis showed that the policy role of increasing yield was bigger than the increasing income. However, the policy existed in some problems in subsidies object and scope, subsidy standards, subsidies basis calculated, subsidies implementation cost and subsidies regulation, which are still to be solved and improved. |
