| 摘 要： | 版权是我国数字图书馆发展的瓶颈，指出超星版权模式是我国数字图书馆行业比较成熟的授权方式，总结了超星版权模式的发展历程，分析了其发展过程中存在的不足，对超星数字图书馆版权模式的发展提出了建设性意见。

| Abstract: | In the paper, rights as the bottlenecks of China＇s digital library development were briefly describes, and it was pointed out that the superstar of copyright was the one of more mature approaches in our digital library industry for licensing. The development process of superstar copyright model was summarized, and their shortcomings in development process were analyzed, then constructive ideas to the development of superstar Digital Library copyright model were put forward. |
