甘肃省农业科技进步贡献率的测算及分析

摘    要:采用Cobb-Douglas生产函数对1998-2005年甘肃省农业科技进步贡献率进行了测算,并运用层次分析法对影响农业科技进步贡献率的因素进行了进一步分析.结果表明:1998-2005年甘肃农业科技进步贡献率为44.95%,物质消耗增长速度仍然过快,农业生产方式仍未完成从粗放型向集约型的转变.

Abstract:The contribution rate of agricultural scientific and technological progress is an important indicator reflecting agricultural modernization level in certain region,which affected by several factors.The contribution rate of agricultural scientific and technological progress in Gansu Province from 1998 to 2005 were determined by means of the Cobb-Douglas production function,meanwhile the analytic hierarchy process was used for analyzing the factors influencing the rate.The results indicated that the contribution rate of agricultural scientific and technological progress in these years reached to 44.9 %,the consumption level still increased in too high speed,and the transformation of extensive agricultural production mode to intensive one had not finished yet.
