浙江秀山岛潮间带大型底栖动物群落组成及其生物多样性

摘    要:2008年6—10月对浙江秀山岛潮间带大型底栖动物进行了调查,共采集到大型底栖动物51种,隶属于4门、7纲、33科、41属。其中,软体动物19种,占37.26%;甲壳动物28种,占54.90%;多毛类3种,占5.88%;其他无脊椎动物只有海葵1种,占1.96%。潮间带大型底栖动物的生物量大小比较:九子沙滩(47.99g/m^2)〉滑泥公园(32.23g/m^2)〉海岙码头(7.78g/m^2)〉兰山码头(5.34g/m^2),而物种多样性旧,)大小依次为滑泥公园(2.98)、九子沙滩(2.78)、海岙码头(1.55)、兰山码头(1.34)。研究认为秀山岛潮间带湿地越来越多用于旅游开发和临港工业建设可能是大型底栖动物物种多样性较低的主要原因,且临港工业建设对潮间带大型底栖动物群落结构的影响比用于旅游开发所产生的影响大,特别是物种数减少较明显。

The Community Composition and Biodiversity of Macrobenthos in Intertidal Zone of the Xiushan Island, Zhoushan, Zhejiang

Abstract:A survey on macrozoobenthos was conducted in the intertidal zone of Xiushan Island, Zhejiang Province from June to October of 2008. Altogether 51 species were collected, belonging to 41 genus, 33 family, 7 order, 4 phylum.Among of which, 19 species were mollusa, accouting for 37.26%, 28 species were arthropoda, accounting for 54.90%, 3 species were polychaeta, accounting for 5.88%, and others accounted for 1.96%. The biomass of macrozoobenthos showed a trend as follows: Jiu Zi Beach (47.99 g/m^2)〉 Hua Ni Theme Park (32.23 g/m^2)〉Hai Ao Dock (7.78 g/m^2)〉 Lan Shan Dock(5.34 g/m^2). The biodiversity (H) also showed a trend: Hua Ni Theme Park (2.98)〉 Jiu Zi Beach (2.78) 〉 Hal Ao Dock (1.34) 〉 Lan Shan Dock (1.55). In this paper, we made an conclution: with more and more using of the intertidal wetland in Xiushan Island for tourism development and harbor industry construction, the biodiversity of the species exhibited a decreasing trend. The impact caused by harbor industry on the macrobenthos was much larger than that by tourism development, especially, the species number decreased more apparently.
