渔业环境与浙江渔业经济可持续发展的思考

2001年,联合国正式提出＂21世纪是海洋世纪＂,海洋是支持可持续发展的宝贵资源和空间。海洋经济正在成为全球经济新的增长点。而海洋与渔业水域环境是渔业资源赖以生存和发展的重要物质基础条件,海洋与渔业水域状况的好坏,直接关系到海洋和渔业经济的可持续发展。关注海洋与渔业环境污染现状,探索海洋与渔业环境保护的新途径已成为促进海洋与浙江渔业生产可持续快速健康发展必须尽快解决的重要而又紧迫的课题。本文就加强海洋与渔业环境保护,促进海洋与浙江渔业经济可持续发展问题谈点看法。

Reflection on Fishery Environment and Sustainable Development of Fishing Economic in Zhejiang Province

21th century is a century of marine development,which is formally declared by the United Na-tions in 2001.Oceans provide valuable resources and space for sustainable development,and marine economy,has become a new growth point in global economy.Oceans and fishing aqueous environment are essential to the sustainable development of fishing economy.Therefore,it＇s urgent to study the current pollution situation and explore new ways of preserving marine and fishery environment,in order to promote the sustainable devel-opment of marine and fishing economy in Zhejiang Province.This paper mainly focuses on the ways of pro-moting marine and fishery environment preservation and sustainable development of fishing economy in Zhe-jiang province.
