新时期陕西农村非物质文化遗产的保护研究

通过分析陕西省农村非物质文化遗产留存及保护工作的现状,指出其中存在的政府主导作用不明显,非物质文化遗产传承人年龄结构失衡,传承体系不完善,社会民众文化自觉性不够,保护意识不强等问题,提出了相应的保护对策,认为应重视体系建设,突出政府的主导作用,建立科学有效的传承体系,加强群众文化意识教育,提高公众参与意识,从而达到保护陕西农村非物质文化遗产的目的。

Protection of Rural Intangible Cultural Heritage of Shaanxi Province in the New Period

Through the analysis on the protection status of rural intangible cultural heritage of Shaanxi Province in the new period,some problems were pointed out,which were insignificant government guiding role,imbalanced age structure of those heritage inheritors,imperfect inheritance system,weak public cultural awareness and protection consciousness and so on,also corresponding protection solutions were presented,that is,focusing on system construction,highlighting the guiding role of government,establishing scientific and effective inheritance system,strengthening the cultural education of the public,and encouraging the public participation enthusiasm,thus we could achieve the purpose of protecting the rural intangible cultural heritage in Shaanxi Province.
