摘    要:[目的]研究人参皂苷抗BVDV作用,为人参的开发与利用提供参考。[方法]采用中性红染料法,研究了人参皂苷的抗BVDV作用。[结果]人参皂苷对MDBK细胞无损伤的最大安全浓度是12.80μg/m l,在1.60~12.80μg/m l范围内人参皂苷抗BVDV效果显著。[结论]人参皂苷具有显著的抗BVDV病毒作用,在安全浓度范围内,人参皂苷抗病毒的作用随浓度的提高而增强。

Study on the Application of Ginseng by Studying the Effect of Ginsenoside on Anti-BVDV

Abstract:[Objective] The aim was to promote the application of ginseng by studying the effect of ginsenoside on anti-BVDV.[Method] The effect of ginsenoside on anti-BVDV had been detected by dimethyl diaminophenazine chloride staining.[Result] The maximum safe concentration of ginsenoside on MDBK cells was 12.80 μg/ml and the effect of ginsenoside on anti-BVDV was obvious with the concentration of 1.60-12.80 μg/ml.[Conclusion] The effect of ginsenoside on anti-BVDV was obvious and enhanced together with the increased concentration of ginsenoside within the safe concentration.
