摘 要: | [目的]得出稻壳灰合成A型沸石的最佳条件。[方法]利用水热法对稻壳灰合成A型沸石的反应温度、碱浓度、反应物硅铝比和反应时间进行研究。[结果]在水热温度100℃,NaOH浓度为2 mol/L,原料硅铝比为1.0~2.0,反应时间为4~6 h的条件下,可以得到结晶度较高的A型沸石。[结论]该方法工艺简单经济,为生物质灰的利用提供了一种思路,有利于实现完整的生物质能源利用系统,形成可持续发展。

Abstract: | [Objective]The study aimed to obtain the optimum conditions for the synthesis of zeolite A from the rice husk ash.[Method]The reaction temperature,alkali concn.,reagent silicon and aluminum ratio and reaction time in the synthesis of zeolite A from rice husk ash by the hydrothermal treatment were studied by hydrothermal method.[Result]Under the conditions as the hydrothermal temperature of 100 ℃,NaOH concn.of 2 mol/L,raw material silicon and aluminum ratio of 1.0-2.0 and reaction time of 4-6 h,the zeolite A with higher crystallinity could be obtained.[Conclusion]The technology was simple and economical,and provided a new approach to the comprehensive utilization of bio-ash,which is in favour of achieving complete biomass energy utilization system and forming the sustainable development. |
