摘    要:目的]查明"商品肉鸡突然降料症"的病因,提出有效防控措施。方法]对2010年冬季广泛发生于安徽省商品肉鸡中并造成较大损害的、临床上表现以"突然降料"为主要特征的"商品肉鸡突然降料症"(暂定名)病因进行探讨,通过流行病学调查、临床症状、解剖病变、实验室病原学和血清学检验以及动物试验等进行综合分析。结果]该病是由鸡舍通风不良而导致鸡舍内有害气体浓度超标为诱因而引发的、以鸡毒支原体、大肠杆菌和温和型(H9亚型)禽流感病毒或其变异株为主要病原的混合感染症,并针对该症状提出一些防控措施。结论]在该研究结果的基础上,对5个发病鸡场病鸡进行治疗,取得了满意效果。

Study on the Cause and Prevention and Control Measures of Sudden Feed-drop Syndrome in Commercial Broiler Chicken

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to make clear the pathogeny of sudden feed-drop syndrome in commercial broiler chicken and propose some effective prevention and control measures.Method] The pathogeny of "sudden feed-drop syndrome in commercial broiler chicken"(tentative name) widely occurred in Anhui Province in the winter of 2010 with sudden feed-drop as the main characteristics in the clinic and causing greater damage was discussed.And epidemiological investigation,clinical symptoms,pathological anatomy,etiology and serology test and animal experiment were analyzed.Result] The sudden feed-drop syndrome was triggered by poor ventilation conditions with excessive discharge of harmful gases,and mixed infections of main pathogens,Mycoplasma gallisepticum,Escherichia coli and mild avian influenza virus(H9 subtype) or its variant strain.And some prevention and control measures were proposed for the sudden feed-drop syndrome.Conclusion] Based on the above research results,the infected chicken in five chicken farms were treated and ideal effects were obtained.
