摘    要:目的]比较研究豆科植物中的D-松醇含量。方法]采用高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测器(HPLC-ELSD)测定黄皮黄豆、绿皮黄豆、大豌豆、黑豆、红豆、豆角、荷兰豆、豌豆、毛豆、刀豆的D-松醇含量。结果]D-松醇含量测定的标准曲线回归方程为:Y=1.421 1X+6.276 4,r=0.826 5,其进样质量线性范围为0.377~1.844μg。青豌豆荚的D-松醇含量为0.084%,青豌豆子实的D-松醇含量为0.339%,青荷兰豆子的D-松醇含量为0.190%,青荷兰豆子实的D-松醇含量为0.342%,青毛豆荚的D-松醇含量为0.760%,青毛豆籽实的D-松醇含量为1.135%,青长豆角的D-松醇含量为0.203%,荷兰豆的D-松醇含量为0.342%,黄皮大豆的D-松醇含量为0.198%,绿皮大豆的D-松醇含量为0.229%,黑皮大豆的D-松醇含量为0.319%,赤豆、豌豆和刀豆中未检出D-松醇。结论]D-松醇在豆科植物中广泛存在,不同生长期其含量差别较大。

Determination of D-pinitol in Legumina by HPLC-ELSD

Abstract:Objective]The purpose was to compared and study the contents of D-pinitol in Legumina.Method]The contents of D-pinitol in chrysochrous soybean,chlorochrous soybean,rounceval,black bean,ormosia,kidney bean,sweet broad pea,pea,green soybean and sword bean were determined by high performance liquid chromatography-evaporative light scattering detector(HPLC-ELSD).Result]The regression equation of standard curve of content determination of D-pinitol was Y=1.421 1X+6.276 4,r=0.826 5 and the linear range of its sample size was 0.377-1.844 μg.The contents of D-pinitol in green peasecod,green pea,green pod of sweet broad bean,green sweet broad bean,pod of green soybean,green soybean,green kidney bean,sweet broad bean,chrysochrous soybean,chlorochrous soybean and black bean were 0.084%,0.339%,0.190%,0.342%,0.760%,1.135%,0.203%,0.342%,0.198%,0.229% and 0.319% resp.There was no D-pinitol detected in pea and sword bean.Conclusion]D-pinitol existed in Legumina extensively and its contents of different growth periods had more difference.
