摘    要:[目的]探讨试管内诱导草莓匍匐茎发生的最佳激素浓度配比,为草莓进一步脱毒奠定基础。[方法]应用均匀设计法对影响草莓丰香试管内诱导匍匐茎发生的激素浓度配比进行优化筛选,对各步骤各主要因子和水平的作用进行探讨,进而获得可用于脱毒的草莓匍匐茎茎尖。[结果]草莓丰香试管苗匍匐茎诱导的适宜培养基为:LS+6-BA 1.00 mg/L+GA3 1.90 mg/L+KT 1.00 mg/L,在该培养基上其诱导率达99.5%以上。[结论]在试管内对草莓进行匍匐茎诱导是可行的。该研究为进一步茎尖脱毒奠定了基础。

Inductive Technology for Stolon of Fragaria ananassa Duchesne (Strawberry) Seedlings in vitro

Abstract:[Objective] The aim was to discuss concentration ratio of best hormone which induce stolon of strawberry in vitro,to provide basis for further detoxification of strawberry.[Method] Concentration ratio of best hormone which effect the appearance of stolon of strawberry in vitro were screened through uniform design experiments,and the effect of main factors and levels of each step were discussed to receive shoot tip of strawberry which were available to virus eradication.[Result] The results showed that the medium of LS+6-BA 1.00 mg/L+GA3 1.90 mg/L+KT 1.00 mg/L was suitable for Toyonoka strawberry stolon induction in vitro,on that medium,the frequency of induction was more than 99.5%.[Conclusion] The experiment results proved that which is possible to induced stolon of seedling in vitro from strawberry,and laying the foundation for virus eradication of strawberry with shoot tip.
