于桥水库浮游动物调查研究

摘    要:2006年5月、7月和9月对于桥水库浮游动物进行了取样调查,共采集到枝角类7属、桡足类2属及丰富的无节幼体,原生动物11属、轮虫7属。结果表明,原生动物数量最多,为654.33 ind/L,其次是轮虫、桡足类和枝角类,分别为371、161.33和90 ind/L。从生物量来看,枝角类最大,为1.8 mg/L,其次是桡足类,轮虫和原生动物,分别为1.13、0.045和0.033 mg/L。于桥水库为清洁水体,但已呈富营养化趋势,建议用生物操纵措施来改善于桥水库的水体环境。

Investigation Research of Zooplankton in Yuqiao Reservoir

Abstract:Zooplankton in Yuqiao Reservoir was sampled and studied in May,July and September in 2006,at last 7 genera of Cladocera,2 genera of Copepoda,lots of Nauplii,11 genera of Protozoa and 7 genera of Rotifer were collected.Results indicated that protozoa had the largest quantity of 654.33 ind/L,then followed by Rotifer,Copepoda and Cladocera of about 371,161.33 and 90 ind/L respectively.As for the biomass,Cladocera had the largest of 1.8 mg/L,then followed by Copepoda,Rotifer and Protozoa with 1.13,0.045 and 0.033 mg/L of biomass respectively.It was concluded that the water in Yuqiao Reservoir was clean but showed the eutrophication tendency,and it was suggested to adopt the biomanipulation measures to improve the water body environment of Yuqiao Reservoir.
