摘    要:The authors compared some different ginkgo extraction on their physical characteristic and pharmic function and determined their flavones content by HPLC. In pharmacological study, the HUVEC was used as action target, damaged by hydration diamine, at the same time the different desity GBE was added to protect the cell, after cultivated (24 h), the NO value, MDA and SOD in supernate were determined. The results show that all these GBEs can recover the NO value decreased due to the cell damaged by hydration diamine while it had nearly no effect on MDA. The results indicat that the change of the availability ingredient of GBE have strong effect on their pharmic function.
