摘    要:从灌区可持续发展的内涵出发, 结合评价目标要求和相关的文献资料, 从社会性、资源性、经济性、技术性和生态环境性等5个方面,提出了灌区节水改造效益综合评价指标体系,建立了灌区改造综合评价的投影寻踪模型,利用蚁群算法优化其投影方向, 根据投影值对节水改造效益进行科学评价。将该方法应用于关中大型灌区节水改造项目效益评价中,结果表明,该技术避免了评判专家主观确定权重,评价结果客观准确、方法简单,为灌区改造综合评价提供了一条新的途径。
