| Abstract: | The main chemical components of ginger are volatile oil,gingerol and diphenylheptane,etc.,which have pharmacological activities such as anti-tumor,antioxidant,anti-emetic,anti-inflammatory and bacteriostatic.This article summarized the research on the chemical composition and pharmacological activity of ginger,and provides a theoretical basis for the in-depth research and application of ginger. |
