提高枇杷原生质体芽苗生根率的研究

摘    要:一定质量浓度的吲哚丁酸(IBA)和处理方法是诱导枇杷原生质体起源的芽苗生根的主要因素.不同IBA质量浓度显著影响根的生成,2-4mgL-1IBA是诱导芽苗生根的有效质量浓度,其中4mgL-1IBA是诱导枇杷原生质体芽苗生根的最佳浓度,生根率达80.5%.4mgL-1IBA培养10-15d后,转入1mgL-1IBA培养,生根率进一步提高至90%.芽苗折断培养,断口截面50%斜插入4mgL-1IBA培养基中15d后可从苗茎基部直接诱导生根

Abstract:The experimental results showed that rooting rate of shoot from protoplast in loquat could be successfully raised by using variable methods. The main treatment was using different indole butyric acid (IBA) mass concentration. The effective mass concentration of IBA ranged from 2 mg·L -1 to 4 mg·L -1 . The optimum IBA mass concentration was 4 mg·L -1 , in this case, 80.5% shoots rooting were produced, with 5.72 mean number of roots. After 10-15 d cultured in 4 IBA, then transferred under 1 mg·L -1 IBA, 90% shoot rooting rate was obtained. Cut basilar shoot was cultured by putting on the medium added with 4 mg·L -1 IBA, roots were directly produced from the basilar shoot after 15 d culture.
