论《齐民要术》在古代东亚地区文化交流中的贡献

《齐民要术》作为我国现存最早、最完整的综合性农业全书,在晚唐时期传入日本,促进了中日两国的文化与技术交流。通过《齐民要术》在日本流传的情况,似可佐证中国大陆、朝鲜半岛、日本列岛等所在之古代东亚“汉文化圈”,长久以来存在稳定且多向的文化交流,朝鲜半岛在一定时期与特定情境下充当了来往要津的角色。《齐民要术》本身对东亚地区古代文化的交融互摄,使得《齐民要术》在日本已经成为指导人们日常饮食文化形态的经典;为了解东亚各国间人物、书籍、作物、饮食等方面的交流提供了鲜活样板。

On the Contribution of Qi Min Yao Shu to Cultural Exchanges in Ancient East Asia

As the earliest and most complete comprehensive agricultural book in China,Qi Min Yao Shu was introduced into Japan in the late Tang Dynasty,which promoted the cultural and technological exchanges between China and Japan.Through the spread of Qi Min Yao Shu in Japan,it seemingly proves that there had been a stable and multi-directional cultural exchange for a long time in the ancient Chinese-character cultural circle of the China's Mainland,the Korean Peninsula and the Japanese archipelago with the Korean Peninsula being the vital communication line in a certain period of time and under a certain situation.Qi Min Yao Shu in itself was a blend of ancient cultures in East Asia,which made it a classic guiding people’s daily diet culture in Japan,and provided a vivid template for understanding the exchange of people,books,crops,diet and other aspects among East Asian countries.
