民间文学中的茶文化呈现——以《浙江省民间文学集成》杭州市部分为例

作为国饮,茶不仅可以上升为茶道,也可以沁入日常。在杭州地方的民间文学中,有不少是以茶故事、茶歌谣和茶谚作为书写对象的。从中可以看出人们对本地茶叶知识的一个感性认识和初步理解,这在一定程度上反映了杭州茶业经济在当地的重要性。总结民间文学中的茶事文字,可以深刻感受到茶文化印记触及到了日常生活的每个角落,也就可以发现人们日常生活中茶文化的点点滴滴呈现。

Presentation of Tea Culture in Folk Literature:Taking the Hangzhou Part from Collections of Folk Literature in Zhejiang Province as an Example

As a national drink,tea can not only be appreciated in tea ceremony,but also drunk in daily life.In Hangzhou’s local folk literature,there are many tea stories,songs and proverbs,which shows people’s perceptual knowledge and preliminary understanding of local tea knowledge,reflecting to some extent the importance of tea economy in Hangzhou area.From the recordings on tea ceremonies in folk literature,it can be found that tea culture has spread to every corner of our daily life,shown in every detail of our tea affairs.
