玉米加工工艺及产品开发研究进展

摘    要:玉米是我国重要的粮食作物,其种植范围广、产量大,产品受众遍布世界。目前对玉米加工方法的探索和玉米产品的开发受到国内外广泛关注。综述玉米的加工工艺及玉米产品的种类,以期为我国玉米加工及产品开发的更深入研究提供参考。

Abstract:Corn is an important food crop in China,with a wide range of cultivation,large output and a global audience of corn products.At present,the exploration of corn processing methods and the development of corn products have been widely concerned at home and abroad.This paper reviewed the processing technology,types of corn products,in order to provide reference for further study of corn processing and product development in China.
