| Abstract: | Corn is an important food crop in China,with a wide range of cultivation,large output and a global audience of corn products.At present,the exploration of corn processing methods and the development of corn products have been widely concerned at home and abroad.This paper reviewed the processing technology,types of corn products,in order to provide reference for further study of corn processing and product development in China. |
