论嘉道时期腰牌在漕运中的作用

清代腰牌种类繁多、使用范围广泛,用于国家管理的多个领域。康熙五十三年,腰牌试用于漕运人员的管理,到嘉道朝这一制度逐步规范、完善,对于腰牌的式样、颜色和使用要求等方面都做了规定和说明。关于漕运管理中使用腰牌的记载见于《清史稿》《清实录》等史料,记载粗略且零散。本文则是在《清史稿》《清实录》等史料的基础上,结合《清代扬州卫三帮漕运档案》相关文献,对嘉道时期腰牌在漕运管理中的使用情况所做的一次探讨。

Application of Waist Plates in Canal Transportation During Jia-Dao Period

In the Qing Dynasty,waist plates of all kinds were widely used in many fields of national management.In the 53rd year of Kangxi’s reign,the waist plates were used in the management of canal transport personnel for the first time,but it was not until the Jia-Dao period that the system became standardized and completed as their variety,color and requirement were all specifically fixed.Records about the use of waist plates in canal transportation management,though rough and rare,can be found in The Draft of Qing History and The Record of Qing Dynasty.Based on the historical records from these two books above,the author further explores the application of waist plates in canal transportation management,with reference to The File of Yangzhouwei’s Sanbang Canal Transportation in Qing Dynasty.
