摘    要:提出了胶体金制备技术、标记技术的优化措施,并对其在农业生产及农产品安全检测领域的应用进行探讨。结果表明,采用0.22 μm过滤操作、锡箔纸包装和加入少许防腐剂可延长胶体金保存时间;通过确定最佳pH值、蛋白量和离心力可对胶体金进行抗体标记。现有研究表明,胶体金免疫层析技术在农业生产与环境检测等方面,尤其是在农产品质量安全方面有着尤为重要的作用。

Abstract:Optimization measures for preparation and labeling technique of colloidal gold were put forward,and its application in agricultural production and safety detection of agricultural products were discussed.Results showed that,colloid gold could be preserved for a longer time by using 0.22 μm filter operation,tin foil paper packaging and adding a little preservative.Antibody labeling could be carried out by determining optimal pH value,protein content and centrifugal force.Existing research showed that colloidal gold immunochromatography technology has a very important role in many aspects of agricultural production and environmental detection,especially in quality and safety of agricultural products.
