| 摘 要： | 澳洲坚果具有较高的营养价值和综合利用价值。基于市场需求分析,针对现有澳洲坚果脱青皮机加工刀片易磨损、整台设备寿命短和壳果破损率高问题,设计一款双轴青皮脱壳机。该机由进料斗、切割机构、顶盖、废皮出料口、壳果出料口、驱动系统及机架组成。其脱净率≥99%,破损率≤2%,符合脱壳加工要求,具有脱壳损伤率小和加工效率高的优点。

| Abstract: | Macadamia nut has high nutritional value and comprehensive utilization value.Based on analysis of market demand，aiming at problems of easy wear of existing peeler blades，short service life of whole equipment and high rate of shell fruit damage，a double axis peeler was designed.The machine was composed of feeding hopper，cutting mechanism，top cover，waste skin outlet，shell fruit outlet，driving system and frame.Its net removal rate ≥ 99%，damage rate ≤ 2%.It meets requirements of shelling processing，and has advantages of small shelling damage rate and high processing efficiency. |
