| 摘 要： | 首先介绍现阶段城市餐厨垃圾的基本特性和处理工艺,然后分别对餐厨垃圾卫生填埋、焚烧、破碎直排、饲料化、堆制有机肥、厌氧消化及裂解产油等工艺的特点及存在的问题进行分析。分别讨论了大型、小型餐厨垃圾处理设备的工艺特点、参数和存在的问题,并提出餐厨垃圾处理的发展方向。

| Abstract: | Basic characteristics and treatment process of urban kitchen waste were introduced.Characteristics and existing problems of sanitary landfill,incineration,crushing and direct discharge,fodder,composting of organic fertilizer,anaerobic digestion and pyrolysis of kitchen waste were analyzed.Process characteristics,parameters and existing problems of large and small-scale kitchen waste treatment equipment were discussed respectively.Development direction of kitchen waste treatment were put forward. |
