摘    要:为评估我国市场上液态奶产品中兽药残留状况,采集2016年和2017年共计150份超高温(UHT)灭菌乳和50份巴氏杀菌乳样品。基于ELISA的可视化微阵列芯片技术检测其中氟喹诺酮、四环素、链霉素和林可霉素的兽药残留。结果表明:UHT灭菌乳样品中氟喹诺酮、四环素、链霉素和林可霉素的检出率分别为0%、0%、3.3%和0%,巴氏杀菌乳样品的检出率分别为0%、0%、8.0%和2.0%;所有牛奶样品中氟喹诺酮和四环素测定浓度均低于方法检测限,链霉素和林可霉素的最大浓度分别为21.16和16.48μg/L,均未超过欧盟、食品法典委员会和我国标准中规定的最大残留限量值(MRLs)。由此推断,当前我国市场上UHT和巴氏杀菌乳中氟喹诺酮、四环素、链霉素和林可霉素等兽药的残留情况并没有超标,是安全的。
