贸易引力、社会环境与中国羊毛进口贸易效率——基于随机前沿引力模型的分析

运用随机前沿引力模型,分析了中国与15个主要进口来源国的羊毛进口贸易效率,并借助新经济社会学理论,从社会环境的5个维度解构了影响中国羊毛进口贸易非效率的社会环境因素。结果表明:总体来看中国羊毛进口效率在不同进口国之间存在差异,并有一定的效率损失,中国从澳大利亚和新西兰进口贸易效率较高,分别为0.72和0.68,其余大部分国家均在0.5以下;社会环境因素有力解释了造成羊毛进口效率损失的原因,贸易关系的改善、进口国贸易量份额的提高、两国认知水平差异的扩大以及伙伴国政治环境的稳定性促进了中国羊毛进口贸易效率的提升。最后围绕拓宽羊毛进口渠道、加快区域贸易协定谈判与贸易便利化建设以及推动本国优质羊毛生产等方面提出了相应的政策建议,以期为提高中国羊毛进口贸易效率、优化国内羊毛生产提供思路借鉴。

Trade attraction, social environment and efficiency of China's wool import trade: Analysis based on stochastic frontier gravitation model

By applying Stochastic Frontier gravity model, the potential efficiency of wool import trade between China and 15 major import countries is analyzed, and the social environmental factors that affect the inefficiency of China''s wool import trade is deconstructed from five dimensions of social environment. The results show that: In general, China''s wool import efficiency differs among different importing countries and has a certain loss of efficiency. The efficiencies of import trade from Australia and New Zealand is higher, which are 0. 72 and 0. 68, respectively. Most of other countries are below 0. 5. Social environmental factors strongly explain the reasons for the loss of wool import efficiency: Improvement of trade relations, increase of trade share of importing countries, enlargement of difference of recognition level and stability of political environment in partner countries have positively promoted the improvement of wool import trade efficiency in China. Finally, to improve the efficiency of wool import trade and optimize domestic wool production, corresponding policy suggestions on expanding wool import channels, promoting regional trade agreement negotiations and trade facilitation construction, and promoting domestic high-quality wool production are put forward.
