| 摘 要： | 高职院校农产品加工与质量检测专业要培养适应行业企业需求的高素质应用型人才。对农产品质量检测专业课程进行教学改革与实践,探索更加合理的教学方法、教学内容、教学手段及考核方式,以提高学生的专业素质,培养出适应检测一线岗位的高素质技术技能型人才。

| Abstract: | The specialty of agricultural products processing and quality testing in higher vocational colleges should train high-quality applied talents to meet the needs of enterprises.The teaching reform and practice of agricultural product quality testing courses are carried out to explore more reasonable teaching methods,teaching contents,teaching methods and assessment methods,so as to improve students'professional quality and cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents suitable for front-line testing positions. |
