高校考核评价制度改革的实践探索——以山东农业大学为例

考核评价制度改革是激活高校内部办学要素、催生发展内生动力的重要手段,也是提升高校治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要环节。近年来,山东农业大学坚持以深化综合改革为契机,将考核评价制度改革作为推进内部治理体系和治理能力现代化建设的重要内容,在实行分类考核、目标管理、全面激励等方面做了一些有益的探索和尝试,初步形成了目标台账牵引,过程对标督查,年底论绩奖惩的考核评价制度体系,形成了以考核评价制度改革牵引学校高质量发展的良好局面。
