| 摘 要： | 气象灾害对农业生产稳定性影响较大,健全农业气象服务和农村气象灾害防御体系,对发挥气象服务“三农”作用尤为重要。对健全农业气象服务和农村气象灾害防御体系的实际意义及现状进行阐述,剖析两大体系建设中存在的问题,提出健全农业气象服务和农村气象灾害防御体系的对策。

| Abstract: | Meteorological disasters have a great impact on the stability of agricultural production.It is particularly important to improve the system of agricultural meteorological services and the system of rural meteorological disaster prevention to give full play to the role of meteorological services in agriculture,rural areas and farmers.This paper expounds the practical significance and current situation of improving the agricultural meteorological service and the rural meteorological disaster prevention system,analyzes the problems existing in the construction of the two systems,and puts forward the countermeasures for improving the agricultural meteorological service and the rural meteorological disaster prevention system. |
